This website may collect alumni registration details, contact messages and newsletter email addresses through forms. The information should be used only for alumni communication, event management, verification, volunteering and society-related updates.

Information collected

Name, batch, email, phone, profession, location, message content and selected interests may be collected when a user submits a form.

Data storage

The included PHP forms save submissions in CSV format inside the hosting account. The website administrator should protect hosting access and avoid sharing personal data publicly.
